Sept. 17 - Milwaukee Police arrested Reginald L. Tracy shortly after Tracy robbed a Milwaukee couple of their car. Tracy, an 18-year-old Milwaukee man, approached the victims on their parking slab in the 4200 block of N. 16th Street at about 11:20 p.m. on September 10. He took the victims’ car, along with the victims’ wallet, purse, and other property.
The victims’ Chevy Tahoe was equipped with the On Star system, which monitors the location of the car. Using the On Star system officers were able to find the car in the 3400 block of W. Garfield with Tracy driving. Tracy was arrested, and officers found the .38 caliber revolver Tracy used in the robbery under the front seat.
Tracy has been charged with one count of Armed Robbery and one count of Carrying a Concealed Weapon by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
