Captain Andra Williams was appointed to the Milwaukee Police Department on July 8, 1991 and is currently the commanding officer of District Two. Promoted to Captain of Police in May, 2002 at 33 years of age;  Williams is the youngest person in the history of the Department to hold the rank of Captain. Captain Williams credits this achievement to focused determination and working hard in his service to the Department and the community. Captain Williams has served at Districts Three, Two, Seven, Six, Five and the Internal Affairs Division.
