How Our Credit Card Expedited Service for Birth Certificates Works

If you require expedited service, you may fax your request to us at (414) 286-2036 along with a copy of your current identification and the certificate(s) will be sent to you by regular mail, 2-Day FedEx service, or Overnight FedEx service.

We will email you and/or call you if we cannot find your information.  Please use the birth certificate fax application form.  Once the application is filed out and signed, please fax it to the number listed on the top of the form along with a copy of your current identification.

Both debit and credit cards can be used to purchase a birth certificate.  Your card must have a VISA or Mastercard logo on it.  Debit cards can only be used for over-the-counter requests.  Credit cards can be used for both over-the-counter and faxed requests.

The cost for this expedited service is $20.00 per record in addition to the $20.00 birth certificate or $20.00 death certificate search fee.  Additional copies of the same certificate, purchased at the same time as the first, cost $3.00 each.  All costs must be paid by credit card; debit only  cards cannot be used.  Requests received by 3 PM CST of any day will be filled on that day.

The standard 2-Day FedEx fee is $17.50.  There will be additional shipping costs for areas outside the continental United States, for overnight delivery or for Saturday delivery.  Standart FedEx two day service will be used for these requests, unless otherwise indicated on your application.
