Captain Diana Rowe was appointed to the Milwaukee Police Department as a Police Officer in1991. She was promoted to Identification Technician in 1996, Identification Supervisor in 2002 and to Captain of Police in 2004. She currently severs as the Interim Chief of Staff for Chief of Police Edward A. Flynn.

She has served in a variety of assignments including the Patrol Bureau, the Prisoner Processing Section, the Identification Division, and the Integrated Justice Services Division were she spearheaded the Department’s Crime Scene Training program, designed to instruct patrol officers on the basics of evidence collection.

Captain Diana Rowe earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management and Finance from Alverno College.
