This site contains file extracts of property tax account information.

 

File "mke2008a.zip" only lists original 2008 property tax levy accounts; no payments are reflected. The file layout can be found listed in "layout.txt".

 

Please be advised that adjustments were made to the original tax receivable file to correct palpable errors discovered by the City Assessor and by other City Departments that had added special charges to the 2008 Tax Roll.

 

File "milw-mon.zip" lists all property tax accounts with a balance outstanding as of November 09, 2009. This includes the 2009 property tax levy as well as prior levy years. This information will be updated monthly on or about the 10th of each month.
