The mission of the Immunization Program is to decrease the burden of vaccine-preventable diseases through the implementation of interventions aimed at increasing immunization rates. The immunization program is responsible for surveillance and control of vaccine preventable disease in the community.
The City of Milwaukee Health Department Immunization Program manages the administration of vaccine at all of the Health Department Clinics - see below for free immunization clinic times and locations. If you have questions about immunizations or need help locating immunization records, please call (414) 286-8034.
