Mr. Gordon Gregg was appointed to the Milwaukee Police Department on March 13, 1978. and has served in the Maintenance Service Section. As Manager of the Maintenance Service Section he is responsible for the Police Department's vehicular fleet and its maintenance. This section tracks and distributes some 669 vehicles and various pieces of equipment which make up the fleet. This section is also responsible for the maintenance of the Police Administration Building and six outlying district stations.
In addition to the district stations there is a five story, fifty thousand square foot property warehouse, and a new eighty-seven thousand square foot state of the art Communications Operations Center.
Mr. Gregg is a native of Milwaukee, a member of the National Association of Fleet Administrators, Member of the Society of Lubrication Engineers, Graduate of M.A.T.C. certified in Supervisory Management, Asbestos Abatement, Refrigeration Recovery, and previously a Licensed Building Contractor.
Mr. Gregg fancies himself a golfer, and has given a new meaning to the term fishing.
