Yes! All pregnant women should take prenatal vitamins. This will help to keep you and your baby as healthy as possible.
Should I exercise?
Yes! Exercise makes us feel better and will keep you in better shape. This may help with labor and delivery and will help after delivery also. Consult with your doctor regarding what exercise would be best for you.
Can I continue to work?
Yes! Unless there are complications during the pregnancy, you can continue to work.

Preterm labor is labor that starts before your 37th week. Signs of preterm labor (you do not need to have all of these):
