Milwaukee County Department on Aging Home Delivered Meal Program
Home delivered meals are funded by the Milwaukee County Department on Aging and managed through Goodwill Senior Services. The program promotes independent living for homebound older adults through the delivery of a hot, nutritious noon meal Monday through Friday. Frozen weekend meals are available when an assessment shows a need for additional help.
To be eligible for the program, a person must be:
The need for meals and type of diet must be verified by an applicant's physician or general diets may be approved by the Senior Meal Program Director when no physician's diet order is available.
