How You Can Help - Donations

The Milwaukee Fire Department and the Milwaukee Public Schools support the operation of the Survive Alive House.  However, enhancements to the program and some operating expenses are funded by the Foundation for the Milwaukee Fire Education Center.

The foundation pays for many ongoing expenses.  These items include learning materials handed out to our young visitors.  Its also purchases the supplies and maintains the theatrical equipment used to give our house a sense of realism.

The Foundation is planning for the future.  We are constantly investing in our program to better serve Milwaukee's children.  As our facility ages, we are preparing for major capital improvements.

You may contributed to the Survive Alive House directly or through United Way.  The Foundation is a federally and Wisconsin recognized 501(c) 3 not-for-profit charity.  Please call 414/385.3240 for more information about our current needs or to make a contribution.  You may also reach us via email at mke.survivealive@sbcglobal.com
