Questions and Answers

Q: I entered my user name and password, but the workstation did not open as expected?

A: The CMS workstation opens in a "pop-up" window. Therefore, if you have a pop-up blocker installed with your Web browser, the workstation may fail to open. You can use the "Control" or "Ctrl" key on your keyboard to quickly bypass your pop-up blocker. Here's how:

1. Type your user name and password into the workstation login box.

2. Press and hold the control key on your keyboard.

3. Continue to hold the control key while you click "OK" to submit your user name and password.

4. Continue to hold the control key while you click "Yes" to the "Do you want to close this window" prompt.

5. The CMS workstation will open.
