Request Special Garbage Pickup

Use E-Service Request to make an online request for a Special Garbage Pickup of items that you've moved to the curb or alley. Beginning December 20, 2004 items for pickup are not to exceed 4cu yds (roughly the size of 2 sofas)

Your request will be routed to the appropriate City department for action and when the City has completed the work, the system will notify you by e-mail. You also can check the status of previously entered online requests through this application. 

In addition to Special Garbage Pickup, use E-Service Request for:

• Other Garbage Pickup and Sanitation Services including garbage and litter in the area, new or replacement garbage carts, problems with your garbage pickup...
  
   
• Street, Sidewalk and Sewer Services including potholes, broken down and hanging branches, damaged streets lights and signs, dead animals on street, snow removal, street and sidewalk maintenance, street or alley cleaning, trees and bushes obstructing the sidewalk...
  
   
• Neighborhood Services including animal control, building disrepair, residential other environmental health concerns, pest control, privately-owned tree or planting...
  
   
• Nuisance Complaints including report garbage and litter nuisances on commercial property or residential property, illegally parked and abandoned vehicles, weeds on lawns...

A valid email is required to sign up for E-Service Request. We'll send your password to your email account (this only takes a minute).  To ensure receipt of email from the City of Milwaukee, please add eservices@milwaukee.gov and MilwaukeeE-Notify@milwaukee.gov to your spam filter's safe list.

Please note:  the same password applies to E-Notify and E-Service Request applications.  In other words, if you have an E-Notify account, you do not need to create a new account to make a service request.
