Self-Service for City Employees (v8.9)

  • General Instructions (pdf) includes:

  • Login to Employee Self-ServiceGo to https://cmil.mycmsc.com/ and click on "HRMS PRD 8.8." 
    • Be sure to use all 6-digits for your User ID (also known as your Employee ID #)  Example:  If your Employee ID # is 001234, you must type all 6 numbers in the User ID box.; for the password, be sure any letters are in CAPS.
    • If you don't remember your Employee I.D. Number, it's located on your payroll stub, directly above where your department name is listed.

TO REQUEST OR RESET YOUR PASSWORD:

  1. Do not use the instructions in #2 below if you have already set-up the "Forgot Your Password?" in Self-Service.  Please go to the login screen for Self-Service and click on "Forgot Your Password?"  If that does not work, then go to #2 below.
  2. To request or reset a password, click on the following link:   www.Milwaukee.gov/FMISpasswordhelp.
