To Request/Reset Your Password:

1. Do not use the following instructions if you have already set-up the "Forget Your Password" in the Self-Service.
2. To request or reset a password, send an email to askmint@milwaukee.gov. Be sure to include the following information in the email message:
   • Your full name
   • Your Employee ID # (6-digit) -- Your Employee ID # is also your User Name when you login to Self-Service. You can find this number on your Payroll Stub, at the top of the middle column, right above your Department's name. Be sure to include ALL 6 numbers. Any zero is part of your ID number. Example: If your payroll stub shows 000123, please include the zeros in the email message.
