Milwaukee, WI— Milwaukee---Mayor Tom Barrett and Governor Jim Doyle will hold a news conference Wednesday, September 8th.  They will announce major funding for a Milwaukee Anti-Gang and Violence Project.  This program has helped create jobs and will create more jobs for area teens, getting them off the streets and into the workplace.
